Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Gurgaon, Haryana by reputed courier agencies. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.

• For India orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 4-5 business day. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 7-10 working days
• Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays or any public holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.

FOR INDIA ORDERS:

We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 349, within India. For all orders below INR 349, we charge an additional delivery charge of just INR 50.

Alternatively, you could mail us your order no. and registered email ID on care@wyy.co.in  using which you placed your order. We will check and revert to you on your order status. Please note we are available Mon-Fri from 9:30am to 6pm (except on Public holidays)
